I’m Allison.
An Art Director who sometimes identifies as a Writer.
I’m an independent Creative Director. I’ve worked at a lot of agencies. Both freelance and full-time. Most recently, I’ve been working on projects directly for clients. Big ideas that translate easily to websites, social media and video content.
I’ve worked on a wide range of package goods, Pharma, beauty and wellness, fast food, retail, hotels and financial institutions. Big budgets. Small budgets. And almost non-existent budgets. A big idea transcends all of that.
One of my most interesting projects was working on a short film with Oscar-nominated director Nanette Burstein for the AWNY’s. This film used male creative directors dressed as their female alter-ego selves struggling to get equal recognition. The film garnered lots of industry buzz and press.
I like big ideas. Ones with legs that can take brands where they need to go. Separating themselves from the category. Figuring out what makes them different and appealing and translating that into meaningful work. I take strategy seriously. Whether it’s an adlob, content, a tweet or an act with a viral video, the killer idea can inspire people to think, feel and take action.
I’m a mom of 3 teens (and two furry friends), a wife of a Creative Director and an airbnb host.
